Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Frontline Fuel is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost or delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Stolen after delivery

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.


📬 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

📦 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution where applicable.
